Dataengine Administration: Zones

Introduction

Zone Management is available solelyexclusively for Dataengine: People Counting and enables administrators to createadd, modify, and manageremove zone(s)zones within a site in order to accurately trackfor occupancy and other critical metrics.

Configuration settings can be applied to a zone to support accurate tracking and reportingfootfall analysis.

Zone information such as site, current occupancy, occupany settings, and entrance/exit locations, is available.

Additionally, administrators can increment, decrement, and reset occupancy in the instance of occupancytechnical data,errors.

To add a zone, click the Add Zone button and manualenter the required information, including:

Zone Name Zone Site Max Occupancy Threshold (Maximum permitted occupancy adjustments.within the zone) Min Occupancy Threshold (Minimum permitted occupancy within the zone) Occupany Reset Time (The scheduled time for the daily occupancy reset)
