Data Engine Administration: Zones

Introduction

Zone Management is available exclusively for Dataengine: People Counting and enables administrators to add, modify, and remove zones for occupancy tracking and footfall analysis.

Zone information such as site, current occupancy, occupany settings, and entrance/exit locations, is available.

Additionally, administrators can increment, decrement, and reset occupancy in the instance of technical errors.

Adding a Zone

To add a zone, click the Add Zone button and enter the required information, including:

• Zone Name
• Zone Site
• Max Occupancy Threshold (Maximum permitted occupancy within the zone)
• Min Occupancy Threshold (Minimum permitted occupancy within the zone)
• Occupany Reset Time (The scheduled time for the daily occupancy reset)
