Data Engine Administration: Zones

Introduction

Zone Management is available exclusively for Dataengine: People Counting and enables administrators to add, modify, and remove zones for occupancy tracking and footfall analysis.

Zone information such as site, current occupancy, occupany settings, and entrance/exit locations, is available.

 

Additionally, administrators can increment, decrement, and reset occupancy in the instance of technical errors.

Adding a Zone

To add a zone, click the Add Zone button and enter the required information, including:

  • Zone NameName,
  • Zone SiteSite,
Min Occupancy Threshold (Minimum permitted occupancy within the zone), Max Occupancy Threshold (Maximum permitted occupancy within the zone) Min Occupancy Threshold (Minimum permitted occupancy within the zone), Occupany Reset Time (The scheduled time for the daily occupancyfootfall reset)
