People Counting: What Is a Zone?

Zones in DataEngine are exclusively associated with Data Engine: People Counting and represent a monitored area within a site. A zone is associated with one or more people-counting sensors.

A zone can have multiple entrances and exits, and there can be multiple zones within a site. For instance, a site could have separate Technical and Creative office zones, each with its own individual occupancy data.
